Andrew Oh graduated from UBC Law School was called to the Alberta Bar in 2005 and the BC Bar in 2006. Andrew’s civil litigation practice centers on plaintiff disability litigation, personal injury, professional negligence and employment law. In addition, Andrew advises small business and entrepreneurs on employment, financing, insurance and liability matters.
Andrew has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta and British Columbia before judges and juries alike. In addition to courtroom advocacy, Andrew has mediated hundreds of claims ranging from minor insurance disputes to catastrophic brain injuries. Andrew brings a practical, goal oriented and interest based approach to his practice that focuses on minimizing stress, maximizing return and bringing closure to a client's legal issues.
Andrew enjoys travelling the world with his wife and two daughters, riding motorcycles, snowboarding, practicing all forms of combat sports and enjoying everything that the westcoast outdoors have to offer.
